This explorative project investigated the experiences of people of color in leadership positions in the Netherlands, focusing on the (semi-)public sector (see report Leiderschap in kleur) and the private sector (in progress). In addition, the role of boards and recruitment agencies in selecting and appointing leaders of color is investigated.
